However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement as per the guidelines mentioned below.
We accept return requests only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing video proof and product images. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for a return or replacement. Products that appear used, washed, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any condition. We do not accept returns based on size, dislike of the product, or change of mind.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on shipping the product back. After proper inspection of the returned item, we will either issue a replacement or store credit as applicable. Refunds are only provided if the product is unavailable for replacement. Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after approval, depending on the bank/payment provider.
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or wrong product delivered. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
